Dear Members,

Our Monday Meeting on the 10th August is at the usual place Bilton Cricket Club, Bilton Lane, Harrogate 7.15pm for 7.30pm start.

There is a Ride-In, plus the weather looks good for next week. Meet at the Curious Cow of Harrogate at the junction of Skipton Road and Oaker Bank setting off at 6.15pm for an hour’s run around some lanes and back to BCC in time for the meeting. Please gather for the ride briefing at 6.00pm.

No speaker for this month, so I thought we could hold an open forum.

Please come along and voice your opinions on where the club is, what you would like to see happening, any suggestions you have and if you perceive any areas where we could be stronger. It would also be useful for you to give suggestions on topics for future meetings and of course have a chat with your fellow members.

Lastly, I have arranged for Mark Armitage, the CEO of IAMRoadsmart, to come and give us a talk at our September meeting (the 14th). This is a chance for you to ask any questions you have about the organisation to which we are affiliated. It would be great to see as many of you there as possible. I am also inviting members of the York Group once more. I will send a reminder post nearer the time but please make a note in your diaries now.
