There’s still chance to make a reservation for Luigis in Harrogate on the 17th but payment must be made no later than at the meeting in Bilton on Monday 12th January. If you are already on the dinner list but have still to pay, please ensure this is with us by the 12th as the final order to Luigis is to be made on Tuesday 13th.

Also, please don’t forget that we need raffle prizes so, if you’re going to the dinner, we ask you to bring one along with you. If you’re not going, we will still be most grateful to receive a prize! – All proceeds go to Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

Hi All,
We have several names for our “Not Christmas Dinner” however we need to firm up numbers and menu choices as Monday is virtually the last meeting before the event.
I will have the menu and Andrew will have his moneybox so we can collect the money and record your menu choices.
Luigi has given us a very good meal and the evenings have certainly been worth attending.
AND please start looking out for raffle prizes. Luigi gets his other customers involved and we made well over £100 for the Y.A.A. last year.

Come along with your friends and family and let’s make this a night to remember!

The quiz will begin promptly at 7.45 pm with a break for our seasonal buffet around 8.30 pm.

In addition to the normal contribution a charge of £1 per person will be made to cover the cost of prizes.
