HAB members might be expecting a ride this coming Sunday, but it is Mother’s Day and that impacts availability at our lunch destination so we will be running the ride the following Sunday 26th. Hopefully that won’t prevent you attending the ride.
Chris Armstrong (07960 116166) will lead the ride to Saltburn on Sunday, 26th March with Brian Lydamore (07831 432100) as TEC.
Meeting at the Curious 🐮 Cow, Killinghall HG3 2AP from 09.15am for a 09.30am departure.
We’ll ride to Boroughbridge via Ripley and Knaresborough and then on to Beadlam Grange Farmshop YO 62 7TD, for coffee and a bun.
After coffee we head to Saltburn via Danby for lunch at The Spa Hotel, TS12 1HH where I’ve booked a table.
Suitability replete we depart for Chopgate via Commondale and then Rievaulx Abbey, Thirsk and finishing at Ripley.
Distance is 145 miles. I have booked 12 of us in for lunch. The hotel has asked me to confirm numbers so if you’re coming I’d appreciate you texting me on my number above by Friday 24th March please.
