The August Wednesday meeting/ride out will be on Wednesday 7th August and will be lead by John Blanchfield.
Meet at the ASDA lorry park 9.00 for 9.30 departure. We head west on A59 to Skipton, Gargrave, Eshton, Airton over the moors to Settle then Feizor for coffee and best scones ever at Elaine’s Cafe.
From Feizor we join the A65, turn off to Clapham and Ingleton then cross the A65 taking the Bentham Road to Wennington and A683 to Caton. There we turn south to Quernmore, Marshaw and Dunsop Bridge for lunch at the Puddleducks Tea Room there.
From Dunsop Bridge we head east to Newton then take the B6478 to Chatburn, cross the A59 to Downham and join the A6068 just north of Colne, through Laneshaw Bridge, Crosshills, Silsden, A65 to Ilkley, back road to Askwith, Fewston and eventually join the A59 just west of Harrogate.
The ride will finish back at the ASDA lorry park. Total mileage 131m.
