Morning Members.

We will be holding our second, and what we hope to be monthly development ride this Saturday 7th November, meeting at Otley Garden Center 8.45 AM. (Pool Rd, Otley LS21 1DY)

After an initial briefing we will be heading north past Pateley Bridge Towards Kirkby Malzeard, we will then head towards Borough Bridge to join A1 and finally terminate at Tims Diner, Thorpe Arch around lunch time.

There will be several de-briefing stops along the way to hold a round table discussion on riding techniques and what went well or what we could have done better. As usual this is not teaching but a group of like minded advanced riders supporting each other and self analysing our riding in a supportive atmosphere, with clarification available from NO’s and Master riders where appropriate.

As usual we will have a theme to the ride and this month will be progress and restraint, how do you define it and what does it look like. This will also be followed up at this coming Monday’s club meeting where a similar theory discussion will be held and an opportunity for further reflection and discussion.
