HAB ‘2-day Ride Out’ – May 2nd & 3rd 2018
The monthly weekday ride out in May will be replaced with a 2-day event to include an overnight stay in the Scottish Borders.
John Blanchfield and I got our heads together and decided it would be nice to do something more adventurous for a change.
We hope you like what we have come up with and that you will be able to join us.

Weardale > Hayden Bridge > Northumberland National Park
Kielder water

Bonchester Bridge
Denholm
Overnight stay at the Auld Cross Keys Inn
Route IN – Thursday 3rd May – 150m approx.
Denholm > Hawick > Brampton > (north of) Penrith > Appleby > Kirkby Stephen > Swaledale > Wensleydale > Ripon

Hotel details
I’ve made a provisional booking for twelve people direct with the Auld Cross Keys Inn, Denholm in the Scottish Borders.
Three of us stayed here overnight last year and were very impressed with the hotel and restaurant. Also, it has a 9.0 ‘Superb’ rating on booking.com
Reservations will have to be on a first come, first served basis so please get your name down quickly to avoid disappointment.
The cost for one night Bed & Breakfast will be:
Twin-bedded room
for two people sharing: £90.00
Single room: £60.00
