Summer feels like only just finished but thoughts are already turning to Christmas and to that end John Blanchfield and myself have researched and provisionally booked our planned Harrogate Advanced Bikes Xmas Lunch.

We’ve decided to have a change this year from the ‘Bay Horse’ in Great Broughton to the ‘Ham & Cheese’ Inn at Scagglethorpe (just off the A64, about a kilometre east of Malton) providing a different area to plot a new ‘Christmas Ride Out’ route. Route details will follow of course nearer to the event. (As a point of interest, we have previously visited the inn on a Wednesday Ride back in April 2019).

I’ve booked the lunch on Wednesday 2nd December at 1pm for 10 people. Please note: The Ham & Cheese Inn require a full list of menu choices for each person, together with PAYMENT IN FULL 3 weeks before the day, i.e. by Weds 11th November. Below you will see a welcome letter from the Inn and menu choices.
