
Bob Hill will be leading this Sunday’s Social Ride-Out to Middleton-in Teesdale and supported by Richard Stembrowicz as TEC.
Route for Sunday as follows: Meet in Ripley, outside the Boar’s Head at 9.00am with a full tank please. After a pre-ride briefing we are off to Pateley Bridge, Grassington, Kettlewell, Hawes Wensleydale Dairy Creamery for coffee and cake or something else if you prefer. After that we are off to Kirkby Stephen where you can top up with fuel if necessary (65m) and then Middleton in Teesdale for lunch (78m). Plenty of cafes’s available in town along with parking near by.
Returning ride through Staindrop, Richmond, Catterick, Masham, Grewelthorpe and back to finish in Ripley with ice-cream now available at the new shop behind The Boar’s Head. (total 135m).
Hopefully you can all make it this weekend. Currently the weather forecast for Sunday is pretty good, fingers crossed it remains the same.
Please note all participating riders need to be fully paid up members (or Associates) of HAB and the IAM. Associates are permitted of course on club rides but if it’s your first time please discuss with your observer beforehand and inform the Ride Leader and TEC before the Ride briefing.
